We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Service restored to Medicat and Jasper Reports. Discovered that ImageNow was also affected. Working with the vendor for resolution on that final affected product.
We are experiencing an outage affecting authentication on these systems:
- Medicat
- Jasper Reports
This was affecting STAR, PeopleSoft HR, and PeopleSoft Finance, but a workaround was implemented.
