Windstream has made repairs allowing for the incident to be resolved. All phone systems are restored. Thanks for your patience.
In the event of an emergency please call 774-242-6753 from a cell phone or Zoom Phone to reach Public Safety during this outage.
We have confirmed the issue is with our telephone service provider and have opened a high priority incident ticket with them to get this resolved.
Ezuce phones can not recieve or make external calls currently. Everything works internally for Ezuce. Zoom phone is working as normal except calls to Ezuce phones are not working.
