The outage impacting non-Zoom phones has been resolved. All telephone systems are functioning properly.


This email is to let you know that we are aware of the current issues with the old phone system. Symptoms: Users that have not been upgraded to Zoom Phone and are still using the old phone system cannot make calls. Those that are on Zoom Phone can make and receive calls normally. We are actively working with our providers to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
