We are working with our vendor on a timely resolution to this issue. Please be aware that any messages sent to our helpdesk-request@holycross.edu email account will still generate tickets, but our response may be delayed. In the meantime, if you have an urgent issue, please call the helpdesk at 508-793-3548.
